Plans

This section contains information on scheduling and delays. The schedule is divided by day, delays are highlighted in red.

The table with plans usually contains the following quick action buttons:

1. Rescheduling interaction - transfer of interaction to another date;
2. Fast register - closing an interaction as done;
3. Send email - go to sending a simple email;
4. Actions - opens a dropdown menu with additional actions available for this type of interaction. The button is displayed only if additional actions are provided for the interaction.
