My companies
This section contains all the companies with which the manager works.
The notion Company within the WialonCRM sales module means any entity with whom an agreement can be (or has already) been concluded: an individual, individual entrepreneur, LLC, etc.
The table displays the name of the company, the type of the last interaction. It is possible to add a new company and search by existing ones.
Clicking on the company name allows you to go to the history of interactions, where you can assign new interactions, register old ones, send letters, etc.
Module administrator can also delete a company.
Companies in the sales module are partially synchronized with companies from Technical support module. This is due to different methods of storing information in modules due to different functional requirements associated with companies.
